These winners didn't have the Powerball number (13).

— -- They may not be billionaires, but there were dozens who became millionaires as a result of the latest Powerball drawing.

There were 28 people who had all five of the white balls that were picked in Saturday night's historic drawing. If they also had the Powerball number -- 13 -- they would be splitting the jackpot 28 ways.

Instead, they're second-place winners. The second-place prize is $1 million, so 25 people took home a cool million but there were three people who had selected the Power Play option, automatically doubling their winnings to $2 million.

Rules differ by state, but most winners have about 180 days to come forward and claim their prizes.

It appears that none of Saturday's seven-figure winners have done so yet and none live in states where they are allowed to remain anonymous. The Match-5 winners bought their tickets in Arizona, California, Connecticut, Florida, Georgia, Iowa, Massachusetts, Maryland, Michigan, New York, Ohio, Pennsylvania, Texas and Virginia.

Some of the store locations that sold the tickets have been released. One of locations is the Food Lion in Berlin, Maryland.

"We're very happy that one of our great customers won it," Food Lion manager Donald Walsh told ABC News today.

Walsh said that he does not know the identity of the winner, and may not know immediately since Maryland rules dictate that the winner has to claim the prize at the state's lottery headquarters in Baltimore.

It does have customers buzzing, he said. And with a new jackpot of $1.5 billion, some are testing whether the store will be a lucky seller for a second time.

"It's been busy and they're still buying lottery tickets. I don't think they're afraid of taking another shot," Walsh said.
