Tyler Clementi: Rutgers Cyberbullying Case Reaches Partial Conclusion

The cyberbullying case of Tyler Clementi, the Rutgers University student who killed himself in 2010, reached a partial conclusion today as former Rutgers student Molly Wei agreed to cooperate with authorities.
