Oscar Pistorius and Other Struggling Ex-Olympians

In 2000 at the Sydney Olympics, Lance Armstrong won the bronze medal in the road time trial. It was two months after he won his second Tour de France. In January 2013 the International Olympic Committee asked him to return it. Cycling's governing body had already stripped Armstrong of all victories since 1998, including all his Tour de France wins.
