Kristen Stewart Verbally Blasts Paparazzo in L.A.
She may look sleepy and timid most of the time, but vampire-actress Kristen Stewart showed that she can only be pushed so far when she tore into an irritating paparazzo.
TMZ has video of the "Twilight" and "On the Road" star standing behind a gate outside a Los Angeles building Monday, apparently waiting for a car. When the video begins, she is already clearly irritated with the prying paparazzo and using profanity against him as he goads her on about ex-boyfriend Robert Pattinson.
She directs some strong language at him before saying, "You don't deserve to breathe the same air I do."
Ouch. Shutterbugs, take note. Don't mess with K-Stew.
Helen Hunt to Direct, Star in and Produce 'Ride'
Helen Hunt is a Hollywood overachiever.
The actress has locked in financing and a cast for "Ride," a surf movie about a mother and son that Hunt created two years ago, according to Deadline.
The movie also stars Luke Wilson, David Zayas and Brenton Thwaites.
Thwaites plays Hunt's 20-year-old son and NYU student who moves from New York to California for the summer, Deadline reported. The "strong-willed magazine editor mother" follows her son to the West Coast when she hears that he's ditching school for surfing.
This will be Hunt's second directorial outing after 2007's "Then She Found Me," in which she also starred.
George Zimmerman Stopped for Speeding, Has Gun
Police in Texas pulled over George Zimmerman for speeding and then the man acquitted in one of America's most controversial trials in years alerted the officer that he had a gun in his glove compartment.
Zimmerman, who was acquitted by a Florida jury last month for the death of Trayvon Martin, was stopped at 12:47 p.m. Sunday on Highway 80 by a Forney, Texas, police officer.
In dash-cam video obtained by ABC News, the officer can be heard asking the former neighborhood watch captain, "Where you headed?"
Zimmerman responded, "Nowhere in particular," and then asks the officer if he noticed the name on the driver's license.
The officer responded "What a coincidence," and later is heard telling Zimmerman that he can shut the glove compartment that was holding the firearm.
After Zimmerman was checked for any outstanding warrants, he was let go with a verbal warning.

TGI ... payday?
An operator of restaurant chain and expert potato skin-maker T.G.I. Friday's has agreed to pay a $500,000 fine for serving customers cheap booze when they were paying for fine liquor, according to The Associated Press.
The fine was levied against Livingston, N.J.-based Briad Group as a result of an investigation dubbed "Operation Swill," state attorney general John Hoffman said, according to the AP.
He said the fine should send a message to all New Jersey restaurants and bars that customers should always get what they pay for.
