Surveillance Video Shows Teen's Pool Rescue of Unconscious 3-Year-Old

— -- The brisk actions of a 9-year-old girl and CPR from a nearby stranger in the right place at the right time helped save a 3-year-old girl from drowning last Friday, officials said.

Keyuna Jordan was swimming in the pool of a Titusville, Florida, apartment complex when she went under water for almost two minutes, according to police.

Video surveillance shows Jordan's 9-year-old cousin, who spotted the toddler in the corner of the pool, pulling her lifeless body from the water.

The cousin was not named.

Breanna Moseley, 18, reportedly heard panic erupt from the opposite side of the pool and rushed over to help.

"I heard some kids in the background freaking out," Moseley told ABC Orlando affiliate WFTV. "I walked over as quick as I could and saw she wasn't breathing."

The teenager performed mouth-to-mouth resuscitation for a minute with light chest compressions and eventually the young child was able to breathe on her own.

Moseley, who did not respond to ABC News' request for comment, had CPR training in high school, she told WFTV.

Police say there were no adults present and the state Department of Children and Families was notified.

Keyuna was airlifted to Arnold Palmer Children's Hospital in Orlando as a precaution.

Keyuna’s aunt, Jasmine Johnson, sent the girls to the pool while she cleaned the apartment, according to officials.

Johnson said she was on her way to the pool when she heard about the incident.
