The eclectic mix of dishes featured at Smorgasburg, a Brooklyn food market, appeals to foodies and picky eaters alike. There are ramen burgers, lobster rolls, vegan ice creams, doughnuts and a plethora of food served on sticks.
Watch the ABC News interactive video above to explore Smorgasburg at the Williamsburg location, and choose from a menu of 16 different food delicacies. More than 100 food vendors are featured at this site.
"It’s a spin-off of Brooklyn Flea [a big flea market], which we started in 2008. [It] had a little bit of food at the beginning, the food took off and became it’s own thing," said Smorgasburg co-founder Eric Demby.
The outdoor food market, which has since expanded to other locations on the East Coast, is headed west. A Los Angeles-based Smorgasburg will open in June.
"Come with an open mind and an open stomach," Demby said. "Talk to the folks that are making your food, like that’s really what makes it fun here."
