Five people in Texas said a biohazard removal company wildly overbilled them for cleaning up after their loved ones' deaths, charging tens of thousands of dollars for jobs that were quoted at a fraction of the price. "They indicate to them the bill will be $3,000 or $4,000 and then it becomes $40,000 or $50,000.
