1. Pilots Killed in UPS Cargo Jet Crash Near Birmingham, Ala., Airport
The UPS cargo plane that crashed and burned near the Birmingham, Ala., airport never sent a distress signal or message to air traffic control before going down, authorities said. Both the pilot and co-pilot were killed in the crash.

2. White House Condemns Violence in Egypt
The White House strongly condemned the violence in Egypt, calling it a "step in the wrong direction," and urged the military-backed interim government to "respect the basic universal human rights of their people."

3. Michael Jackson's Ex-Wife Testifies About His Fear of Pain
Michael Jackson's ex-wife Debbie Rowe took the witness stand to testify in Jackson's wrongful death trial, breaking down into tears as she described his intense fear of pain and reliance on physicians. Rowe is expected back on the stand today.

4. Jesse Jackson Jr. Sentenced
