1. Obamacare Website Hurting Entire Insurance Sign-Up Process
A series of internal Obama administration memos obtained exclusively by ABC News reveal for the first time how dysfunction with HealthCare.gov has upended the entire Affordable Care Act enrollment process, including applications by paper and phone that officials have been pushing as more reliable alternatives.

2. Snow Expected to Hit Midwest
The first significant snow storm of the season is expected to hit eight states from Colorado to Michigan with as much as seven feet of wet snow.

3. LAX Shooting Suspect Says He Acted Alone
Paul Ciancia, the 23-year-old suspect charged in carrying out a shooting rampage at Los Angeles International Airport, has reportedly told authorities that he acted alone.
