1. State of the Union Spoilers: What We Already Know About Obama's Speech

At 9 p.m. ET, President Obama will deliver his sixth State of the Union address to a joint session of Congress. It will be his first before a Republican majority in both chambers and likely his biggest U.S. television audience all year.

But unlike years past, the content of the speech itself won't be much of a surprise.

In a nod to the new political dynamic, changing media environment and a desire to fight “lame duck” status, Obama has spent the past two weeks rolling out his policy proposals on daily basis. Senior Obama adviser Dan Pfeiffer dubbed it the "SOTU Spoilers" tour.

2. 1 Dead, 1 Injured in Highway Overpass Collapse in Cincinnati

An overpass collapsed onto the highway below Monday in Cincinnati, killing at least one person, authorities said.

The situation happened along I-75 in Cincinnati’s Camp Washington neighborhood.

Police Chief Jeff Blackwell called it a workplace accident, saying crews were taking down the old bridge when something went "terribly wrong."

3. Single Bomb Threat Grounds 2 Planes at JFK

Delta Airlines said Monday night that a bomb threat involving Delta flight 468 caused two of its planes tied to the same number to be deplaned and searched at New York's John F. Kennedy International Airport.

"Earlier this evening, another airline received a threat regarding Delta flight 468. Delta currently operates two aircraft under that specific flight number -- San Francisco to New York-JFK which is currently on the ground at New York-JFK and New York-JFK to Tel Aviv, currently in the boarding process," Delta said in a statement.

4. 5-Year-Old Receives Invoice After Missing Friend's Party

A UK family is crying party foul after their 5-year-old was billed for missing a schoolmate's birthday celebration. Now they are being threatened with legal action, should they refuse to pay.

Cornwall residents Derek Nash and Tanya Walsh said they were shocked when their son, Alex, arrived home from preschool with a brown envelope stuffed in his backpack. Inside there was a formal invoice from another mother, Julie Lawrence, for £15.95 ($24.14): monies due, apparently, for failing to RSVP to her son's fete when Alex could no longer attend.

5. Watch Jessie J Sing 'Bang Bang' With Her Mouth Closed

As a child, Jessie J. learned that she had a pretty great hidden talent: She could speak clearly with her mouth closed.

However, it came in handy professionally too.

"When I was younger, I actually did an audition -- I used to do auditions all the time -- and I was asked what I could do," she explained during an appearance on "The Graham Norton Show." "I discovered I could pretend that I was in a box."
