A Christmas tragedy we are following breaking news in Connecticut. Where five people have died in a fire Eyewitness News reporter Marcy Gonzales has just arrived at the scene in Stamford -- what's the latest. Good morning just such -- -- to bring you on this Christmas morning five people dead in this house fire. We're told three of them were children old if you look at at the scene here the smoke still coming out of this house on -- an avenue. We're told this happened around 4 o'clock this morning again still smoke coming from this home firefighters still at the scene trying to get it under control. Investigators are not saying how these five people are related or not confirming. That they are -- family however neighbors tell us that a family just moved into this home a few months ago. They'd been busy doing renovations. The cause of the fire still under investigation we're told the prosecutor's office is out here. Along with firefighters and police we're trying to get more information for you and we will bring it -- you.
