Fourth of July parade in Maine turned to tragedy first. Organizers had to reroute the -- the last minute when Bangor police got into a standoff with the gunmen exchanging seventy shots. Before swat team moved in and arrested the shooter in all happened about 15100 feet away from the parade -- amazingly no one was injured from that. Then a deadly accident when a fire truck hit a tractor causing the driver to fall to the ground. The fire truck struck the man police are investigating but it is unlikely any charges will be filed.
