On the grounds that his lead attorney at the time Yale Galanter mishandled the case. I believe music it will turn now -- I know things about this case and how things turned out that. This wasn't his best case. Atlanta's former co counsel Gabriel -- says Simpson wanted to testify during the trial Galanter advised against it. Simpson also claims it was Galanter who gave his plan the green light to confront two men selling sports memorabilia in a Las Vegas hotel room to get back the items he maintains were stolen. -- There was also a plea bargain that Simpson says -- never discussed with him now after spending four years behind bars that -- is ready to take the hot seats.
