Instead of being fully restrained the judges agreed to allow Simpson to have one hand free to take notes as he prepares to testify. The 65 year old former football great is hoping a Las Vegas judge will throw out his 2008 conviction of armed robbery and kidnapping. On the grounds that his lead attorney at the time Yale Galanter mishandled the case. I believe music it will turn now -- I know things about this case and how things turned out that. This wasn't his best case. Atlanta's former co counsel Gabriel -- says Simpson wanted to testify during the trial Galanter advised against it. Simpson also claims it was Galanter who gave his plan the green light to confront two men selling sports memorabilia in a Las Vegas hotel room to get back the items he maintains were stolen. -- There was also a plea bargain that Simpson says -- never discussed with him now after spending four years behind bars that -- is ready to take the hot seats. He's had a number of years to think about this and to think about what he would have told a jury. Our legal experts say Simpson should also be worried about what Galanter will say when he takes the stand later this week.
