He died on Tuesday after being fired on by police the entire episode now raising a lot of questions. Thirteen year old Andy Lopez was in the eighth grade a trumpet player popular Smart and capable according to administrators at his school. On Tuesday afternoon Lopez was carrying a pellet gun that was designed to look like an AK 47 police say they ordered him to drop it.
