March 19, 2010— -- Congress is poised to make a final move on the health care bill over the weekend, and the House of Representatives could vote on a $940 billion health care bill as soon as Sunday. The House could pass the Senate version of the bill, along with a second bill of modifications that would land the legislation on President Obama's desk.

Democrats need 216 votes to pass the legislation in the House, and Obama has again postponed his trip to Asia to stay in Washington and lobby lawmakers for the last few "Yes" votes.

If Wednesday's stock market trading is any indication, the president's efforts may not be enough -- insurance company shares rose, which some take as a sign that the bill won't pass. If Democrats don't push the bill through this time, they'll most likely have to abandon the current plan.

The final days of this long debate still leaves many questions. Will the legislation pass? If it does, how does that affect your health care?

So, our question to you today: What state do you think America's health care will be in Monday?
