Football is the new sport of choice in Barrow, Alaska, one of the northernmost towns on the planet near the Arctic Ocean. After the high school dropout rate reached 50 percent, administrators decided to start a football team to motivate the students. The school has a new turf field thanks to Florida resident Cathy Parker, who heard about their new team and decided to raise a half a million dollars and help them succeed.
