The search for a missing Boston grad student has ended in tragedy. A body pulled out of the Charles River has been identified as that of Jonathan -- and architecture student originally from North Carolina. Nobody had seen him -- -- last Tuesday night when his roommate said they watched TV and then went to bed. And those who know him best -- -- Daly never would have taken off without telling someone.
