A C-17 medical evacuation plane carrying "World News Tonight" co-anchor Bob Woodruff, ABC News cameraman Doug Vogt, and 28 other patients -- most of them wounded soldiers -- landed at Andrews Airforce Base outside Washington D.C. late Tuesday afternoon.
