The mysterious death of Alfred Wright is now under a new microscope. The 28 year old married father of three found dead last November in east Texas authorities said he died of a drug overdose -- finding his family rejects. Goes completely. Not like Alfred to run from his responsibilities. Wright's body was found in an area police claimed they'd already searched and a second autopsy conducted for the family found injuries that suggest homicide. So tonight federal prosecutors tell us they are now reviewing the case and we'll decide whether or not to open a full investigation. Wright's family believes the investigation by the local sheriff who did not return calls today is flawed. They had not interviewed the family they had not searched the truck they just didn't do their due diligence that you demand from law enforcement. In a letter urging the Justice Department to act congresswoman Sheila Jackson Lee says Wright died in a part of Texas with eight documented history of racial violence against African Americans.
