We're going to move on now to the severe weather across much of the east tonight, so much rain and flash flooding that some airlines are already waiving fees to change flights. Severe rain in South Carolina over the weekend, this two SUVs almost swallowed whole. From Michigan new pictures of cars and trucks pushing through deep water on interstate 7 5. This is the massive system that will bring rain for days all the way up the east coast. We turn to ABC meteorologist ginger zee who is tracking it tonight. Here's where we go first. Bay city, Michigan had more than four inches of rain and now that rain is moving to the east. Along that warm front and that low, there we go into Pennsylvania, New Jersey, new York and then eventually new England. Now, it's not just the heavy rain that comes with the flash flooding, but it could be a severe storm, especially tomorrow afternoon and evening from Lexington, Kentucky to Philadelphia, primary threat, damaging wind. Out west it's the other extreme. It is, dry. We've been dealing with that drought. That's nothing now but now we've got big time red flag warnings, critical fire conditions from Sacramento to parts of Montana. Wind gusts up to 45 miles per hour tomorrow afternoon and evening.
