Reporter: Near Bloomington, Illinois, wind gusts reducing visibility. And more than 1,000 flights cancelled at Chicago airports. O'hare setting up cots for nearly 900 passengers stranded overnight. Some suburbs getting as much as 16 inches of snow. Chicago's snowiest November in nearly 100 years. The storm, snapping trees and power lines. Jolting some residents out of bed.
