For the first time in more than thirty -- this nation is going to build another nuclear power plant. New plants were halted -- nineteenth -- nine after the partial meltdown at Three Mile Island. The new plant will be built in Georgia but the debate up safety has already begun ABC's Steve -- and -- is -- Atlanta. It's been 33 long years since America has said yes to a new nuclear reactor.
