It's Friday Night Lights meets the blind side and the whole movie is true. Undefeated one of the documentaries up for an Oscar Sunday night it follows the fairy tale season of high school football team from one of the toughest neighborhoods in America. The man who inspired -- all is our person of the week. The character of the man is not measured how he handles as winds what he does -- this failures and tonight we fail. And everybody says when you give these inner city kids down they'll lay over -- be about forty not. Us this is the gospel of -- Courtney local businessman who volunteered to coach from Manassas high in one of the toughest quarters of Memphis. It's like New Orleans after the flood we just never had -- -- it really is a community kind of got the rug pulled out from under him. Stop stop what age -- problem its young people exploding with frustration. And -- through things mean most mostly blaming him in the world was his father and -- law. His dad's dad that's tough. And got a makes a wonderful point and they -- abilities fellow coaches all working for free driven by a simple belief. That football can teach these kids how to live and dream. We want to make you better. And they -- -- individuals if you get better and and you get better as a team you might start seeing that if you do something for somebody other than yourself. That you might be better forward to getting better isn't always pretty. -- -- -- -- -- -- The boys took union in overcame personal demons. At what point. You quit -- This enemy you wanna put the team before yourself. And you know -- man. And he won't put behind you and our team is on the report or -- -- -- And they weren't. But something surprising happened to one of the losing his teams in the history of Tennessee. Began to win this school. Was founded eighteen guiding and has never won a playoff. And -- scriptural change all that. They sure did. But -- winning streak is not what matters most. To coach them the only thing you do have control over is what's inside you is your soul it's the only thing nobody can steal from -- character. -- You build that. Ended the game and life is -- reveals -- -- And so we choose coach bill Courtney and the men of undefeated winners on the field and off.
