People are anxious on the streets of south africa now that nelson mandella has been hospitalized once again. We know that his wife has been by his side after he was rushed to the hospital around 1:30 a.M. Local time for treatment of a recurring lung infection. We're told the 94-year-old former president and civil rights icon is in serious but stable condition and that he has been feeling ill all week. This is the fourth time mandela has been taken to the hospital in six months to treat this lung infection. The last time we saw him was in april during a visit with president jacob zuma. He appeared frail, unable to respond as zuma held out his hand. As we've seen time and time again nelson mandella has battled back from this illness and he's in the thoughts and prayers of many around the world tonight.
