Credit card information for up to 40 million effected and now the major bank imposing limits on how much you can spend on your credit card if you went to target. Those customers now outraged tonight saying they're now being punished twice. Abc's linzie janis on this again for us. Reporter: The shopping nightmare is spreading. Jpmorgan chase, america's biggest bank taking precautions, putting charge limits on cards that were used at target stores during the massive security breach, just in the last few hours the bank raising those limits to $1,000 in purchases AND $250 FROM ATMs. It's a shame that this happened at this point of year. Reporter: Inside target headquarters new images of a crises team racing to figure out how 40 million of its customers had their credit card information compromised. At the same time thieves are scrambling to sell the stolen credit information. Brian krebs who broke the story said websites like this one show cards from target customers for sale right now. A gold card selling for the most money, more than $44. There has never been more of a glut of this information in the criminal underground than there is today.
