Good evening Diane we have tragic late breaking news out of Midland Texas tonight -- eighteen mile parade float. Carrying wounded veterans was struck by an oncoming train. At least four people are confirmed dead sixteen more -- to the hospital. A witness tells ABC news that dozens were aboard the float for the annual show of support parade and that many who saw the train approaching war able to escape. But those in wheelchairs were trapped.
