Reporter: Isaac is already blasting parts of this island and the storm is dumping two feet of rain. There are still some 400,000 people living in tent cities here in haiti since that devastating earthquake back in 2010. Today, we saw aid workers frantically, last minute, trying to warn many of those people living in tents. Most didn't even know a storm was on the way. The fltents will go like kilt kites into the sky. People screaming, children terrorized. Reporter: And there are fears the deluge could lead to flash flooding and the spread of disease even worse.
