There's always something new to love from McCafé. Would you do?" Although this time around it's more like what wouldn't you do? From the outrageously hilarious to the incredibly moving, so let's get right to it. The scene set, the actors in place and the hidden cameras are rolling. Ah, the beauty spa. It's supposed to be one of the most quiet and tranquil places there is, offering us all the chance to relax and rejuvenate. Today, we've booked an appointment for a pedicure at the karma organic spa in ridgewood, new jersey. You're in america and you need to learn english. Unfortunately, one customer's behavior will interrupt the serenity others are looking for. This is america, we speak english here. Discrimination against asian americans has been front and center in recent months as four different stores across the country cashiers used derogatory terms on receipts to describe the asian customers they were serving, terms too offensive for us to even show. I don't know where she came from I think they bussed them in from somewhere. Back at our sparks what will be the reaction to this customer's racist rant? What country in asia? Japan, china? This is margaret, an actress playing our extremely bigoted customer. That is sam, the actress playing the pedicurist. Our first customers of the day are in place. I'm sitting in this cute little salon. My girl doesn't speak a lick of english but besides that it's great. Can you imagine working on other people's feet your whole life. Doesn't seem like she's trying to learn english or anything. So, how are you doing? I know seriously. I could say anything right now and she wouldn't get it. Now it's actually margaret who won't get it. Are you talk about me? She is speaking korean and when they do that they are talking about you. That was a "seinfeld" episode. Yes, it was. I think I saw a moth fly out of the pocket. Okay, that's it. "Where's my tail?" I heard every word you said. Our pedicurist wasn't talk about the customer at all. Are you talking about me? When they finally have heard enough, the customers speak up. She doesn't -- I'm a little uncomfortable. I think I'm saying what everyone else is thinking. We're not. We're not thinking that at all. This woman hears the interact from across the spa. Doesn't seem like any one here thinks like that except for you. I can't talk to her, she doesn't speak english. How do you team in don't snuns. I'm trying to talk to her and she's not speaking english. It's our country and they come here -- this can't be real. If you have a problem with it just leave. Our actress margaret finally does leave, giving the customers a chance to talk about what they've seen. Oh, my god. Oh, my god. That was the most obnoxious -- I'm sorry -- I was -- unbelievable. She was awful. And remember this exchange earlier between our actress and the customers? I can't talk to her, she doesn't speak english. Yes, she does. I just wanted to thank you. Oh! Defending me. Oh, my gosh. Good for you for like -- thank you very much. Okay. We're at the door. Hi, guys. How are you? I'm john quinones. Oh, my gosh! That was an actress. How did you contain yourself? I kept telling myself literally, sort of outside myself saying keep calm, keep calm or you're not going to get anywhere. Will anyone else get anywhere with margaret? The next appointments arrive. So good with their hands. I don't know what it is about asians that are so good about giving massages. It's really great. A little derogatory. They can't understand me. Whether she understood you or not, I do. It's derogatory. They can't understand me. Evil words that push her to tears. Do you even understand me? Understand? Yes. Okay. Yes, that's the word in english. These people, right? Pardon me? These people. I don't know what you're talking about. These are very nice people. Here. If you are think you're representative for americans then you are totally, totally -- I don't think I've ever experienced anything like in my life of. I'm crying for your mind set that there are people like you out there. It's terrible. Let's give her a break. Oh, my gosh. I knew it. I knew it. Hink people like that shouldn't be able to emit that type of energy. I don't think the united states stands for people like that. So what would do you if you were in this situation? Meet the last customers of the day. Talking fresh off the boat. She's probably a bad driver, too but she's great at massage and probably great at math, too. You're not for real, are you? What? You're being very insulting to these people. She can't understand me. I can hear you and it's offensive to me. And what you're saying is horribly offensive to this woman and to me. You need to stop. I don't see what the big deal is. It's a big deal. Saying she must live in a house, fresh off the boat eating rice, your small hands give you a great massage is offensive. Have I said something that's untrue? Everything you said is untrue. And she's nodding as well. So I'm not the only one that feels that way. So you need to stop. You're being a racist and aggressive person against this woman and I'm trying to enjoy my only day off. You need to stop. Not everyone is as lucky as you living in america, dressed wait you are, blond as you are and you need to get some sensitivity or leave or I'll leave. You or me. Kim, am I bothering yo you already know she doesn't understand english and you still talk to her like she does. Okay, ready? Let's go. I'm john quinones and this is "what would you do?." I'm sweatg mad. I was texting my husband, I feel like -- something must be going on here and it was my day off and I just wanted to relax. Today's customers may not have relaxed as much as they wanted, so to polish everyone's nerves it's free manis and pedis all around, compliments of "what would you do?"
