Hi, I'm Becky Griggs. I'm 42 and am in the best shape of my life! In fact, I didn't know until recently it was even possible to be this fit, happy and healthy!

Since 2003. I've lost over 200 lbs with nothing more than healthy nutritional choices and exercise! For years food had been my best friend and worst enemy -- it loved me when I was happy, sad, celebrating, or crying. Weighing 350 pounds was slow suicide. It was horribly hard on my body. When I got up during the night my heart would beat with such intensity I would lie awake in bed just to make sure I wasn't going to die. For years I struggled to put on a happy face for friends and family, but, inside I was slowly dying.

In 2003, I decided, with no uncertainty, to become healthy. I knew from experience that diets don't work. I joined a gym, hired a trainer, cleaned up my nutrition, and began journaling. After losing the first 100 lbs I decided to become certified as a personal trainer.

Now I'm living my dream-come-true. I'm incredibly blessed to work everyday, be active, and help others achieve their fitness goals. My passion is helping other women learn there is hope for them too! Anyone can learn to celebrate each day's "good choices" and forgive themselves for the bad.

Change is simply about making small, incremental steps -- consistency with this makes a healthy lifestyle. I did it and so can you!

Each contestant has a charity which will receive $5000 of their $10,000 prize if they win.
