Apologies… We posted Odell’s response on Thursday, but in a hard-to-find spot on our site… Here it is today, hopefully where you would expect to find it… VM

I appreciate all of the messages you have posted to the story that aired on Tuesday night. This housing crisis is creating unprecedented numbers: an overwhelming inventory of houses and an equally overwhelming response. While it is impossible for me to respond to everyone individually, I work with a number of investors in different parts of the country, like Abner McWhorter in Detroit, and we will try to help as many people as we can.

Odell it is very comendable what you do , and you have been doing it for many years. I am a small investor who has been ing rentals for 22 years. I belong to an investor club to continue my realestate education.All their seminars currently are on short sales and making the fast cash now.My interest is in buy, rent and hold for a continous cash flow. My question is how do I find the banks that have forclosures in my area. and how do i deal with them as a small investor that may only want 2 or 3 houses at a time.I’m possibly asking how did you get started.Roger in south New Jersey

thank you mr.barnes for trying to help so many people in america who are facing difficulty in their mortgage situation because mortgage companies for years took advantage of the banks by inflating facts and figures.A person not making nearly enough money to cover the mortage got a decent place to live and the mortage broker walked away with a nice wad of money at the closing.I am in the army with five children 1 one the way and will be getting out within the year.My wife and I are thinking about settling down in either California,St.Louis Missouri where we are originally from or Minisota Miniapolis,my choice I have always love Miniapolis can you help us buy between three and five houses somewhere as I plan two use the other property as cheap rental and later on give each one of my children their own house.please call me at 270-874-9625\270-640-6263 thank you again Mr.Barnes for your services to Americans.

Mr. Barnes my wife and I saw the special and hope returned. We lived in Seabrook TX where hurricane IKE took our home. It was a rental and now we have our family living in an apartment complex that even the police don’t want to respond to. Is there any way you can possibly help us find a home to call home and get our children back to a normal life? thank you so much in advance.

Hello! Mr.Odell Barnes I heard about u through a hair salon here in Atlanta and that u had holt a young lady her get into a home. and my husband and i just had to have this info. To let u know that we’ve been looking for a home to rent or lease one that we would love to stay in and one day buy, we lived in a 2 bdroom apartment for 3 years got realbad with killings and slealing from inside the place to the vehciles no security. Right now he and his investors have about 100 – 250 homes we to at Bulk Foreclosure Deals buys direct and resell to investors one thing most of our properties have a warranty deed and policy.
And still priced under $10,000 per door we dont mind quick cliam deeds but we want to give the inveswtor a little added security when buying from us.
We also are looking to get said properties occupied with with only $500 Down and $500 per month.

I am part of a group who buys direct from Odell Barnes. We buy in large bulk (50k min investment) and have homes all over the US. We buy these homes for pennies on the dollar. We sell these homes between 5-10k. It is an excellent opportunity and I would be happy to speak with you further. Again, these are only sold in bulk.
