I was having problems about 2 months before the weekend site slowed down or crash,
Everytime I wanted to log into my account a yellow page would appear right in the middle of the site screen page asking for all my pesonal details.
I call them and explained that for some time I could not sign into my account without this yellow page appearing and continnnnously asking for details about my bank account and after 2 hours with the tech and supervisor they told me that my new computer had a virus.This was only happening with their site!
Then after that everything slowed down during the weekend and shutdown,I was not surprise to hear
this on the news at all …

We bank at BofA and me and my husband have made a decision. We WILL be looking for another bank in the next couple of weeks that does not charge for something that once was free. Perhaps USAA since we are military. USAA also does not charge a fee for the first 10 ATM withdrawals from nationwide ATMs and refunds up to $15 in other banks’ ATM usage fees each month. How many banks do THAT?? Wonder how many people will end up dropping BofA in the end?? Good Bye BofA!!

The American people need to take control of their money and flee bank of America or ANY bank that charges fees for service at their bank and Bank Of America! Maybe we should put our money in a credit union? We Americans need to wakeup! Show your strength and put Bank Of America out of business ! That goes for any other bank charging us for using our debit cards ! Let’s do it people or all the other banks will charge more fees and rob us of our own money!

Sounds like a lot of people should do what they can to make BoA smaller so it’s not too big to fail.

Take your funds to another institution: preferably one that is smaller and needs your business more.
