Earlier to day I was doing some shopping around for a tablet. Found one at Sam's Club I liked. They were out of the 'to be shipped' supply. If I was willing to pay an additional $100, I could pick-up at a store. I passed!

Like Radio Shack Target also charges different prices for the same item depending on whether it is sold on-line or in the stores. I purchased a dvd today that was listed on-line for $3.99 (the movie Babe). In store the price was $9.99. I was told by the store manager that it is common for on-line prices to be lower in order to "promote the website." He also stated that Target will not match on-line prices in the store. I find a price difference of 60% to be excessive.
