When the media says the government did this or did that they should instead use the names of the Senators or Representatives involved. Then we will know who is at fault. All lobbyists should be named and the Representatives they talk to to sway their vote. We would get a much bigger picture of the corruption and who's responsible for it. They are fully a where that they are shielded from the public as of now but what would they do when the blame and names started getting thrown around. This would shake-up Washington big time.

Don't blame President Obama for the mess we are in, and don't blame President Bush either. It took decades of social and financial corruption to get us into the mess we are in. U.S. presidents get more credit than they deserve when things go right and more blame than they deserve when things go wrong. They are only the figurehead in a much larger picture which includes many other elected officials, the American people, and the too-heavy influence of lobbyists, political groups, corporations, and international bankers. (The Federal Reserve is a private bank, not a government agency, and it most certainly does not have the best interests of the U.S. in mind.)

President Bush gave over $7 billion to the banks and Wall Street, but then President Obama repeated that mistake when he took office. President Bush sent more troops to the Middle East. So did President Obama. President Bush and the Republicans inflicted unprecedented damage on American's freedoms with the PATRIOT ACT. President Obama and the Democrats took the unprecedented step of forcing every American to buy a product from private industry based only on the fact they (American's) were born. (By the way, the idea for that foul freedom-hating mandate came from a medical think-tank run by Newt Gingrich.) Make no mistake about it, the Democrats and Republicans worked together to sell America out to big corporations. I wonder what products the lobbyists will force us to buy next?

The U.S. credit rating has deserved to be severely downgraded for the last two decades. Anybody who thinks the next election or a change in leadership is going to improve anything has their head in the sand. American is turning into a socialized fascist state run by corporations and international bankers, and we the American people can't do anything about it except enjoy the roller-coaster ride down the drain.

Dustin- You do relize that it was Bush's wars you are talking about. How about the $7.77 trillion that the Bush administration and feds used to bail out the bandks then come to tax payers for anothr trillion of taxpayers money. Then these same banks make over $13 billion in profits on bail outs. This is tax payrers money. This is flat out Corprattism and the middle class and poor take it in the (you know where).

Dustin, so elequently said, Obama's malicious wars like Iraq and Afghanistan? Wow one would have thought we were there before January 2009. Libya? That action cost less than a month in either Iraq or Afghanistan and was in support of a UN resolution. Social welfare, you disagree with unemployment assistance, social security, medicare and medicaid? So tell me what are you in favor of besides ranting?

Fitch Cuts U.S. Outlook From Stable to Negative
...makes that 300 point rise in the DOW seem even more ridiculous -unless, as many speculate, it's investors expressing their joy at buffoon barney frank, the architect of the current financial disaster, finally leaving congress (allegedly to now "coach" college football, like they do at Penn State)
