In our story about retail sales for the 2011 holiday season which aired Sunday, December 18, we mentioned a special offer by Sears for a free pair of diamond earrings with jewelry purchases of $199 or more.  That offer was in effect for December 16 and 17,  the special shopping day known as "Super Saturday." That offer ended on December 17th and should not have been included in the roundup of ongoing sales.  We regret this error.
