Diane Sawyer should be ashamed for having this on the air. Here we give our cell carrier password out and the site doesn't work. Should of been tested. If the website could not handle the traffic, should of never been put on National TV. Not a good way to keep ABC veiwers. You should do a news report on how Europe does not make you do a contract. You choose your own carrier and plan. You can switch it any time without penalty. Of course this type of journalism would affect your advertisers. This would really save cell phone charges.
