Sugarland to Perform Free Indianapolis Concert

Sugarland is returning to Indiana for the first time since the August 13 Indiana State Fair stage collapse, delivering a free concert at Conseco Fieldhouse in Indianapolis.

The band has announced that anyone who had a ticket to that show, regardless of refund status, will be admitted to the October 28th show.  A so-called “presale” for State Fair ticket holders will run from Monday, October 10 through Friday, October 14, meaning anyone who held a ticket to the State Fair concert can redeem it for a pass to the new performance on a first-come, first-served basis.  On Friday, October 15, tickets will be released to the general public.

Information, including whom to call and what constitutes proof of purchase for State Fair ticket holders, is posted at SugarlandMusic.com.

Sugarland was scheduled to perform at the Indiana State Fair the night of August 13 when high winds caused the outdoor stage and canopy to collapse.  Seven people were killed and dozens more injured in the accident.
