Sorry, I don’t believe this story is true for one second. I have researched Justin Bieber thoroughly because my children love him and I want to know who my children are idolizing. Let me ask you this… If you are a huge fan of any star and are asked backstage after a concert… what is the first thing you are going to do… you are gonna snap pictures like crazy with your cell phone. She has countless pictures that they have pulled from her facebook profile and she doesn’t have a single picture up from the concert? Also, Justin Bieber’s staff is like a close nit family and he has always expressed the urge to live life like a child and never turn into one of those child stars that go wrong. He has a beautiful girlfriend that he has even adopted a dog with. Celebrity or not he is a 16 year old boy and what 16 year old boy, who has a gorgeous gf, is going to lose his virginity in a bathroom with a random, unattractive stranger. I mean out of all the girls in the audience… he is gonna pick her? I wouldn’t take a paternity test if I were him… I would not give this woman the time of day until court ordered me to do it. I would say it wasn’t true at all and then move on with my life and ignore it… which is what Justin is doing.

And if this is at all true, I think the woman may have bit off more than she could chew… because whose to say that she would even get custody of the child. She has a hard time holding down a job and is living off government assistance and would have had random sex with a minor. Justin, being raised with little interaction with his father is probably not going to walk down that same road and will most likely want custody of his child. I understand that you all think this woman is incredible because of the way she looks. However, none of us really know who or why Justin would sleep with somebody.

Think about this; if he gives them a blood sample and they are lying, these lawyers and Mariah would be at risk of a perjury suit. This means that they would be risking jail and their entire careers with this. Not to mention the fact that Mariah will be scorned and attacked by Bieber fans everywhere if it doesn’t come out truthful.

Not only that, but if they DID have sex, there is something called “legal age of consent”. By California law (where the incident “took place”), someone at age 16 is legally able to have sex with someone up to age 19 as long as they are consenting. Am I the only one who thinks that if you’re convicted of “rape” you shouldn’t be allowed to collect child support from your victim? Furthermore, is a convicted rapist really fit to raise a child? @Carl the state of California, as well as many other states, have something called “legal age of consent”. Not only that, but statutory rape only applies to people more than 3 years older than the minor.

Since the legal age of consent is 16 and Mariah was 19 at the time (just within the legal range), then there is zero chance of a “rape” case.

First: Given the mother has admitted to the offense of child molestation (or sexual contact with a minor), California Child Welfare should take the child for it’s own safety.
Second: The mother should be remanded to the custody of a mental institution, until it can determined if she is a threat to herself, her baby or other children.
Third: Justin should hold off as long as possible, but he could make arrangements via third parties to offer assistance to the child, pending the outcome of a paternity test. If it comes back negative, then he should be able to sue her for that money back, as well as for his damaged reputation.
Fourth: IF Justin knows he ‘may be’ the ‘baby daddy’, then he should man up, take the test and then sue for custody of the child, which shouldn’t be that hard, since the mother is an ADMITTED COLD MOLESTER, especially when the evidence is readily available (the paternity test).

I’m appalled that most peoples’ initial reaction to this story is that this girl is “ugly.” Who are you to judge her physical appearance? Bottom line- he should clear his name and then all pertinent parties need to decide on the best course of action for the baby’s well-being. A lot of people here have missed that point.

ok. i think that there is a really good chance that heis the father. justin is not a child! he is a american teenager. and what do most teens do? have sex! im not saying that every teen does it, but lets face it, its america. most children are born to teens. so what makes justin any different? nothing.justin can pick anyone to do it with, and shes probably not the first. just because shes not as atrractive as the celebs dosnt mean he wont choose her for a one night stand. and rape is when someone is having sex with someone else angainst that persons will. do you really think justin would say no to that. and why sue mariah for rape? just because shes the older one dosent mean snything. in most cases youll find the ‘minour’ chose to do it with the ‘adult’.and lieing is so easy everyone does it. youve lied atleast a bunch of times in your life. teens especially lie a lot. shes not crazy just because she stepped up to say justin is her babys father. you are only thinking based off of the fact that you are justins fan or think when it comes to cases invovling a celeb and a normal person, the celeb is always pure and that theother person is lieing and their wrong and should go to jail.dont judge a book by its cover goes a long way, you know. dont judge mariah by wha she looks like and thats she”crazy”. and dont judge justin because hes famous, supposedly pure, and mainly becausehes famous. everyone has adirty little secret in their life,and no on eis perfect. we all make baad choices, and dont think about the consequences. so if its his baby, he needs to admit his mistakes, apolagize to mariah for this mess, and pay the child support. if its not his,then she shouls apolagize to justin and find out who the the father is. but she shouldnt be arrested for either outcome. oh, and i doubt anyof you are better looking than mariah.there post pregnancy pictures andyou shouldnt judge her based on only the pictures. remember, no one is who you think they are. we all hide things from everyone.
