Brooke Mueller’s gone bad again. The latest ex-wife of Charlie Sheen was arrested in Aspen, Colo. early Saturday after a woman at the ski town’s Belly Up bar told authorities that Mueller assaulted her, according to a press release from the Aspen Police Department. Police arrested Mueller at another bar shortly after the incident.

TMZ.com obtained security camera footage of Mueller at the second bar that shows her twirling around and dancing with a drink in her hand. In response to the video, Mueller’s publicist Steve Honig told ABCNews.com, “She was not intoxicated and we don’t have any comment at this time regarding her arrest.”

Mueller was also charged with possession of cocaine with intent to distribute, according to Aspen authorities. ”It is alleged that she had in excess of 4 grams of cocaine, gross weight,” Aspen’s Chief Deputy Assistant District Attorney Arnold Mordkin told the   Aspen Times.

Mueller posted $11,000 bond and was released.  She has a Dec. 19 court date.

The former real estate investor has had a known problem with substance abuse and has been in and out of rehab multiple times. Earlier this year, Sheen reportedly flew her out of a Mexican drug rehab clinic and set her up with a team of Los Angeles doctors that treated his substance abuse issues.

Asked who currently has custody of Mueller’s twin sons with Sheen, Bob and Max, Honig said, “As a matter of of security and privacy, we never comment on details pertaining to her children.” In the past, Mueller’s mother has taken care of the children while Mueller went to rehab. Mueller and Sheen previously shared custody of the boys; Sheen was forced to give up custody early this year when he went into a tailspin.

Over the weekend, in response to allegations from Mueller’s “friends”  – a source told People magazine that the mother of two “can’t stay sober on her own” — Honig said, “I think anyone who is truly a friend of Brooke’s would not be spending their time talking anonymously and behind her back to the media. I seriously question the validity of any comments made by these people alleging to be friends with Brooke.”
