Apple has compiled its yearly Rewind list, a who's who of which content was the most downloaded from its iTunes store in 2011.
The analysis of which songs, albums, games, TV shows, and movies moved consumers enough to download them reveals some big winners, including The Social Network, which took the Top Movie (Sales and Rental) prize; Modern Family, the top finisher in the TV "half hour" category; and the sci-fi cult hit Dr. Who, which beat Modern Family and the award-winning dramas Breaking Bad and Dexter to take the Most Downloaded Season honor.
Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows - Part 2 was named Best Blockbuster, while Bridesmaids (Unrated) was named Best Comedy.
