Kate Gosselin’s New Gig: Cruise Hostess

Fans of Kate Gosselin can get a chance to meet the reality star up close this summer when she hosts a week-long cruise on board Royal Caribbean’s new ship, Allure of the Seas.
According to the company’s website, the former “Kate Plus 8″ star will host several private dining events and also participate in a Q&A session and shore excursions with fans during the August 12-19 cruise. Gosselin fans will also receive a personalized gift from her.
Stateroom prices for the cruise range from $1,900 to $3.175, double occupancy. The ship departs from Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

There are people who I wouldn’t cross the street to meet. She’s one, I would cross the street to AVOID! The lady made a name for herself, pimping out her kids. Now that gig is over, she’s out doing things WITHOUT her kids. Who is takinig care of them?

Kate has NEVER been to the Caribbean unless you call Florida the Caribbean.
Will the personalized gift be a signed copy of one of her poorly-selling three-year old books? She attempted to put out a cookbook but the publisher pulled it when it was determined that most of the recipes that she called her own were taken off the backs of cereal boxes and soup cans.

Just about every radio station here in the NY metro area had the same thing to say when reporting this, “Can she get a one way ticket out to sea”. Apparently $3,000 will get you an arts & crafts session with Kate. Hardly worth my money. She’s just looking for her 15 minutes back because no one cares about her anymore.

Sad Sad Sad…. She had the media fooled when she made Jon out to be the bad guy. If only 20% of America saw how she belittled him and put him down in front of his kids on the show, then we would not be sending in comments on this site. All the people on the boat will have the chance to let her have it, especially since she won’t be able to leave the boat for a while! HA! She can’t act, dance or do anything successfully. I feel sorry for the kids. They are going to be really messed up and have problems. They need our prayers. Kate needs a psychiatrist. Well… maybe not… she might try to make a show out of that!

One question–If it gets cold and rains, and as a result Kate spends all her time in the cabin telling her kid that if they go out in the rain, they are not Gosselins, can the people who took the cruise to meet her get their money back??

Hmm. Kate- been on a many cruises and it seems with your snobiness you could have picked a better line than Royal Carribean- Number one I wouldn’t go on that ship if you paid for my entire trip- I’m suprised you have’nt scammed the “real” cruise lines – oh wait….You can’t cause they don’t allow wanna be starlets on their ships– and if they did I wouldn’t book another cruise with them….GO HOME and take care of your children instead of trying to get everything for free!! Jeez don’t you have any morals that you want to set for your kids!

Kate will be clawing to the top to maintain her “celeb status……the more I hear about this BAD MOM & horrible WIFE, the less I am interested……I now believe that she had the “ONE UP! ( well six really ) on the OB/GYN that she convinced to impregnate her with more than 2 embryos…..I honestly think that she thought it ALL OUT, knew that HAVING MULTIPLES as she did would someday thrust her into the limelight……I still think that PA should have given the kids to Jon…..SHAME on TLC for keeping that show on for so long…..They should have seen things coming BEFORE Kate & Jon went to HAWAII supposedly to celebrate their 10th wedding Anniversary ? ……KATE IS just in it for HER 15 min. of fame….which has lasted FAR TOO LONG…

Yeah, that’s just who I want to hang out with on vacation… Mrs. Eight kids being looked after by a nanny while Mommy goes shopping and getting her hair and nails done. We’d have SO much in common to talk about!
