When I was getting married in 1998, I was 350 pounds. I walked into a high-end bridal boutique with one of my bridesmaids who was beautiful and petite. as soon as we walked in they walked tight up to her ready to please. When they were told I was the bride I was quickly dismissed and ignored. I mean literally turned around and waked away. I was in there to buy a veil and already had purchased a dress. It made me wonder how many other plus size brides have been treated the way I was.
