What bothers me is the 200 people that didn't want to get involved. I can kinda understand older women and young people alone not wanting to get involved for safety reasons (two young street "toughs)" but groups of people and people that could handle themselves if things went array is the real issue.

I love your show! It's so great to see people act with kindness and bravery. I was disappointed that more people didn't stand up for the man with albinism. However, I was so sad to see that some of the people defending him did it by insulting the bullies! What a terrible example. When will people learn to treat EVERYONE with kindness, whether they deserve it or not? Thank you for listening.

Even though I am a woman and would most likely have one or both my daughters with me, there is nothing that would have stopped me from getting between the bullies and the man. I have never tolerated behavior like this for anyone, whether they are handicapped, elderly, or "albino". I would be right up in their faces, probably using alot of profanity, and telling them to back off. Both my daughters would too, they follow example from me and their father. If they refused to back down and leave, Im sure pushing and shoving would lead to a punch! God made us all different, even though some of us dont appriciate that!

I beleive that I would step in and say something to the bullys. I have family members who were either born disabled(spina bifida, autism) or had an accident and were quadriplegic do to it. They may not look the social norm to some but to those that know them and see them for who they are on the inside dont see them as less of a personn or different. Just cause someone looks different doesnt mean they are freaks, strange, or less of a person. Not every snow flake is the same and neither are we. If we were all meant to look alike and be alike then we would be one celled organisams. Non of us are perfect!

I have stepped in on numerous occasions as part of my job and as being a decent human being. I was raised to treat others the way I would always want to be treated because my mother always says that what comes around, goes around. If everyone would take the time to get their heads out of the butts and look at others around them instead of being so self-absorbed then the world would be a better place.
I am a public librarian and have put stops to irate people screaming about $.10 fines, why we don't have the book after they just checked the computer which said the book was here, etc. I also taught school and dealt with bullies in the classroom and in the staff.

I would stand up to anyone for anyone that was being bullied. Recently on a train in Boston an irrate drunk woman punched ruthlessley another rider believing he stepped on her dog. He said he was sorry etc, However; the ignorant woman was evil and just unleased her wrath. NO ONE DID ANYTHING until the very end. A man did step in.. One guy took a video of it with laughter and posted it. Unreal.
