In a clip shown on the hit reality program, the 42-year-old singer and her 24-year-old boyfriend, back-up dancer Casper Smart, don't hold back. The scantily-clad pair executes numerous sensual dance sequences to the song's up-tempo beat.
"J.Lo is no stranger to dating a backup dancer," Ian Drew, senior editor at Us Weekly magazine told ABC News. "She likes sort of being with and working with the people she is with."
Lopez and Smart are hardly the first Hollywood couple who've displayed affection for each other as part of work.
Billy Joel and Christie Brinkley did the same in the video for the song "Uptown Girl," and of course, Nicole Kidman and then-husband Tom Cruise did in the film "Eyes Wide Shut." Most recently, Heidi Klum and her singer husband, Seal, had tangled, naked limbs on display in the steamy video for the song "Secret."
But such collaboration may be a harbinger of relationship doom. Joel and Brinkley, Kidman and Cruise, and Klum and Seal, have all since broken up.
Lopez has worked with romantic partners before. In the music video for the song "Jenny From the Block," her then-fiance, Ben Affleck, caressed her bikini-clad bottom and snapped off her bikini top.
He went on to marry Jennifer Garner, and she married Marc Anthony.
The Anthony-Lopez marriage lasted seven years, but ended shortly after they collaborated on a new reality TV show, "Q'Viva."
