Oh Bieber…he has been seen in other videos getting mad at the paparazzi. Yes, the pap is quite annoying with their attack on stars, but guess what? You are a celebrity…expect things to happen..you let yourself become famous, expect the consequences. I hope the Biebs gets charged just like anyone else who had done the same thing in the “real” world.
