Not to condone violence, but I’m sure Usher’s girlfriend could have found SOMETHING/ANYTHING else to do beside go with him to the wife’s house to deliver the kids, even if you were parked down the street. And why is there a custody battle if she wants full custody and he just wants visitation?

This makes no sense. Earlier it says she put her plate of food down and followed him down a hill to his car. It later says that she threw the plate of food at his car. So, that means that she went home, retrieved her plate and returned to the car to throw it at him OR it means this article was poorly written.
