She’s 100% class, and Simon is 100% fool. He should have felt like scum after she responded to his insult from such a high level. There isn’t enough money in the world to make me insult people the way Simon does just to get ratings and get paid. Somebody needs to tell him about karma or reaping and sowing.

it’s all about what you eat and drink, and whether you keep yourself physically active everyday.

2/3 adults in US are overweight or obese, which is just terrible. look around you on street or at work, you could always see fat and overweight people, and many of them don’t even bother to try to loose weight or eat healthy. how sad.

at least, this girl did something about it, which sets example for many fat people. sure, she should loose more weight, but at least she succeeded in loosing more than 100 lbs, a big achievement for her!

Good for her! However, six years is way way too long to lose 100 pounds. That’s barely over a pound a month — hard to believe that was very difficult at all. Whenever my weight goes too high, I join a weight-loss group, limiting calories and upping exercise, and lose 2 lbs a week until I’m back where I want to be. Anyway, congrats to her and I wish her every success in her singing and appearance.
