Lindsay Lohan had a chat with police on Monday, but it appears as though she's not in trouble with the law again.

TMZ.com reported that the "Mean Girls" star on Sunday night slept at a Hollywood Hills home where she attended a small get-together. The following morning, the homeowner discovered that someone had stolen expensive jewelry from the residence.

Lohan, along with the other guests, was interviewed by police. She maintained that she was not involved in the theft, and TMZ says she's not considered a suspect at this time.

Last year, Lohan pleaded no contest to misdemeanor grand theft after she was accused of stealing a necklace from a Venice, Calif., jewelry store.
