Did Lindsay Lohan really hit an innocent bystander with a Porsche on Wednesday morning? Security camera footage of the actress’ alleged hit-and-run doesn’t show Lohan actually … hitting anyone. A misdemeanor charge against Lohan still stands, but that could change when she appears in court.
