Overpriced, especially given the city it’s in. 9,500 sq. ft. house is set on 0.35 acres with a 3 car garage means it has no yard, and despite the photo, is basically just a row house. Look it up on the satellite view of google maps and see. 2104 Kenwood Parkway Minneapolis, MN 55405

What is wrong with Minneapolis that is also true of most midwest and northeast cities and it actually has many pluses. But then LA, Houston, and Atlanta are not exactly fantastic in all ways either. I do not live in Minneapolis and am not from Minnesota.
