I first looked at the pics. Then looked at the posts. I totally agree. It’s hard to tell if one is a boy or not. My manhood would not let me stand in front of a mirror to put earrings on. To me that is what a woman does. There was a day when a guy got beat up for wearing a earring.. Even worse, if you claimed you were a guy, you got beat up for looking feminine like Bieber does in this pic.

I am no Miley Cyrus fan, but what exactly has she said that was wrong? Paparazzi ARE out of control. This kind of thing WILL keep happening if they are not reined in. It was NOT Justin Bieber’s fault that this guy took risks with his life and limb and worse, with the lives of others, too… just to get a picture.

When one chooses a life in the public eye, they also choose a life where paparazzi are part of the scene. HOWEVER, that does not mean they need to be hounded and harrassed and placed into life threatening situations, which is what the paparazzi do every day.

If you are darting in and out of traffic you are committing wreckless endangerment. All they have to do if you are caught you are charged with stalking and you get a year in jail and that would break it up. Why is it so difficult to stop the establishment, but so easy to stop the citizens? If citizens were doing this kind of behavior they would pass laws. No say this paparrazzi slammed into a car and hurt someone else?
I can tell you exactly what they would pass tougher laws.

Why don’t people just call the police? I mean and if the police see them darting in and out of traffic then give them a fine. I mean they should not have more freedoms than we do. But how about all the people that pull pranks and do nude and illegal stuff and then put it on youtube? I mean if I take a shit in the street or in a store or like some of those shows where they go in and with a camera create mayhem and then put it on tv.
How about guys that go across state lines and solicit sex and pay the girl and then put it on youtube? I bet if I sprayed someone with paintballs or broke out windows and put it on youtube there would be an arrest.
If a paparrazi is taking photos of someone in a dangerous manner then they should be fined anytime. I bet if the KKK were running around filming or the Nazis they would shut them down.

But how about those people that participate in car races and stuff on tv aren’t they making it unsafe for the public?
